TruePulse Capital Announces Grace Wang as Senior Advisor to Strengthen Capital Markets Advisory Capabilities

Taipei, April 1, 2026 — TruePulse Capital Advisory announced that Grace Wang will be working with the firm in an advisory capacity, supporting projects related to capital markets communication, investor relations strategy, and shareholder base optimization.

Grace brings over 15 years of experience across the sell-side, corporate, and buyside, offering a well-rounded perspective on capital markets. She previously held roles at Deutsche Bank, RBS, and CIMB, serving international institutional investors, and later worked at Casetek and Pegatron in finance, investor relations, and strategic investment roles. She holds an M.S. in Finance and a B.A. in Economics from National Taiwan University.

During her time on the corporate side, Grace was involved in the share swap merger between Casetek and Pegatron and the subsequent delisting process, where she supported investor communication and negotiations. She also led and participated in various capital markets transactions, including syndicated loans, equity capital raising, and strategic investment initiatives.

At TruePulse, Grace will support initiatives in capital markets positioning, institutional investor engagement, and strategic advisory projects. The firm will continue to expand its advisory platform by collaborating with professionals with diverse capital markets backgrounds.
